The day was nice and crisp. There was a nice breeze, the sun was out, birds chirped, and a little blue dot rose upon the horizon. The dot enlarged, and gained legs and a head. Finally, after enlarging for a while, it became a mare. She pranced along, sapphire eyes twinkling. She loved to be her, she loved to be here, and she loved to love things!! She reached the lake and spun around a few times, before getting dizzy and falling down. Giggling, she picked herself up and walked pver to the water's edge, taking a drink. After she finished, she layed down on the side, resting. When she woke up from her short nap, she lifted her head. Where was she, again?

Oh, to be a young mare prancing through life.
Camisado was precisely that, especially at that particular moment in time, when she was, in fact, prancing. Headed towards the lake, where horses of all alliances could often be found, she snapped her knees up with each step, occasionally stopping to snort loudly and stare straight ahead before springing off again.
She continued on in this way until she came to the lake.
Camisado, not having seen a new horse for quite some time, was a little surprised to see another horse. A blue one, even.
But Camisado was nothing if not outgoing. She was described in many ways; mischievous, playful, a nuisance, loud-mouthed, outspoken. But most of all, outgoing.
"Oh, hello! Are you new here?"

"Huh?" Mizu's head shot up from it's downward position to look at the approaching mare. What a strange looking animal. Had she ever seen one like that, before? How could it talk like? Quickly, she glanced at her reflection in the water. Oh yeah, the other animal was a horse, like she was. She couldn't believe she forgot that. Well, actually, she could. What was the quextion again? "Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh, ummmmmmmm............. I don't know?" came Mizu's answer, finally. However, soon came,"What was the question, again?!"

If horses could raise eyebrows...Camisado's would be way up in the air by now.
"Are you new here, in Opaque? I was just asking because, well, you don't look like any of the horses I usually see around here, and I figured if you were already in a herd, I would know it because I know most of the horses in Opaque...well, not personally, but I do know what most of the horses look like. So I'm guessing you're new, and I've never met you before; I know that." The young mare paused for breath. She was quite a talker at times. "Oh, and I'm Camisado, but you can call me Cami if you'd like. Who're you?"
Camisado was shifting in place a little. At her young age, she didn't like to stand still for long; she was always on the move.

"Ooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Uh, no. I've been here since before I could remeber. Mabye even more!" She smiled widely, and added,"I'm Amamizu, I think. However, you can call me Mizu! Nice to meet you, Cami."

Oh, yes. Raised eyebrows would be good to have right now. If only...
"Oh, uh, well, I guess I've just never met you before..." Well, this was a little awkward. "It's nice to meet you, then, Mizu. It's a good thing you have a nickname though; I don't think I'd be able to pronounce your whole name." Camisado giggled a little at her own stupid, lame joke, then quieted.
"What do you mean, though, maybe you've been here longer than you remember? Oh, and what herd are you in? I'm a Neutral," this was proclaimed proudly, although she knew that many Darks and Lights disliked the Neutrals for their...well, for their neutrality.

"I'm in no herd," Mizu stated with innocence. "What is a herd? WEll, either way, I'm not in one. And, I came here in a deep sleep. I woke up a few years ago in front of a dented tree. I don't like trees, because trees hurt me." Mizu shrugged and stood, dizzily, so she was up to her full height.

"Uhhh..."
Okay, yes, this definitely was turning into more than a little awkward. For Camisado, at least, it was. She wasn't sure what she should say, what to do.
"A herd...you know, a group of horses that live together? But I meant Light, Dark, or Neutral...but I guess you're not any of those either."
Well, at least she wasn't talking to a Light or Dark, then, that would probably dislike her instantly upon realizing what alliance she was part of. That was always a plus; she'd met nice horses before, who were all entangled in this stupid war (or whatever it was right now) and couldn't stand the other alliances.
But maybe it was just her that felt that way.

"Oh. Well, I don't have one. Oh well," she shrugged, smiling happily. "I'm bored. What do you do for fun?"

"Uh, well, I don't know... Camisado trailed off for a moment, thinking. There was a short silence, then...
"Well, we could play tag, if you'd like," she offered, smiling suddenly.
Yes, Cami was definitely still a young filly.

"Uhhhhh," Mizu paused. What was tag again? Hmmmm, it sounded familiar. Oh, yes! You run a around and tag your opponents! Tag! "Yeah!" she suddenly tapped Cami with her hoof,"You're it!" And she ran away, laughing maniacly.

Camisado grinned, half-rearing and plunging forward into a gallop.
"Not for long!"
She laughed as she ran, jumping over a small branch that lay on the ground, even though she could have simply stepped over it. She landed and continued running without breaking stride, dirt flying out from beneath her and hitting her stomach, staining the white coat brown in spots.
A fast runner and familiar with the land, she was soon next to Mizu. She grinned over at the other mare, then reached out and tried to tag her with her muzzle.

Mizu, still laughing maniacly, let out a horse-version of a squeal and moved to the opposite side of Cami. However, she tripped, rolled, and fell into the lake. She lifted her heasd from the water and spit out the water that collected in her mouth like a fountain. The she began laughing even harder.

Cami squealed loudly, coming to a sliding halt and spraying dirt all over her white body. She half-reared as she stopped, throwing all her weight onto her hind end before spinning around on her back hooves, and charging straight into the lake with Mizu.
Water sprayed nearly as much as it had when Mizu had fallen in. The young mare reared again, raising up much higher than before, then splashing down. She giggled wildly, bucking and thrashing around for a minute before calming slightly.

But then, the still manaical Mizu sunk under the water, like some underwater predator. And then, SLOOSH! She jumped out of the water and splashed Cami really good. It was fun!
