OOC: Heh, I'm thinking there'll be a lot of those. RPs with Esperanza, that is.
Lacrymosa grinned. "Of course they'll know better! After all," he stated matter-of-factly, "you're the most famous mare in all of Opaque!" Quite the charmer, Lacrymosa was. He was still smiling broadly, unable to contain his excitement, and frankly, not wanting to. Let any who wanted to see just how he felt. His thrill and joy was too much to be contained.
Lacrymosa nipped Bella's mane gently as she nuzzled him, still looking a little concerned. "As long as you're sure you're okay. Bella...I worried so much while I was...you know...waiting. About the foal, of course, but mostly about you. But if you say you're all right, I'll believe you."
"It is quite the name," Lacrymosa agreed, smiling again. "It seems perfect for her. I don't think that just any horse could fit that name...but she will. It is a perfect name for the perfect foal." Was he repeating himself? Was he repeating Bella? It didn't really seem to matter.
With this moment, and this space, nothing else seemed to matter but his being here with the two females; his Lady, Bella, and the newly-born Esperanza.
That was all that mattered.

Bella blushed more and nuzzled her Lord. "Oh, you're a sweetheart, Lacrymosa!" She turned her gaze to the filly, happy and grinning as much as a horse could. The mare stamped a food lightly, knowing everything would be fine. Well...hoping she knew. The filly was beautiful, she was happy with her Lord; could anything ruin the moment? No...not now.
"Don't worry, as far as I know I'm fine. Lacrymosa, I'd probably know already if something had gone wrong. It's been about an hour. I think I'm fine." The mare looked at her Lord, blinking slowly as her gaze locked upon Lacrymosa.
Bella smiled. Her Lord was repeating a few things, but it was okay. She could tell he was bursting with excitement, though she knew he was trying to keep cool, but still show some of the excitement. A foal was something to be treasured. Something that kept a mare and stallion together, and helped them live their lives knowing there'd be a foal to carry on in their place.
And right now, that's all that mattered.
Family.

"I am no such thing," Lacrymosa replied easily, lifting his head up a little. "I am the fearsome Lacrymosa, Lord of the Darks, and I am simply stating the obvious facts that should be apparent to any equine who may catch a glimpse of you from a mile off." He grinned sheepishly, dropped his head, and nuzzled Bella affectionately. "Or maybe I am. Who knows?"
"As far as you know...you do know how to worry me. You do know that, right?" the stallion replied warily, letting his gaze linger on her, studying her, searching for any signs that something was not right. But she would know better than he, and he trusted her judgement. "Has it really been an hour already? The time seems to be going so fast now!"
He was grinning again, then, unable to contain the excitement that seemed to be running through his veins, invading every organ and making it impossible to stay serious for too long. Invading was the wrong word, though. Invading implied that this was unwelcome, something that Lacrymosa would throw away if he could. And that was definitely not the case here.
If it were at all possible, this excitement would last forever. This moment, this instant, would last forever.
It wasn't even close to the first time Bella had made him feel that way.
OOC: Random question...what color is the filly? XD

Oh I totally forgot about that! My goodness my brain isn't working. Uhm...well why don't we all decide? I think that's fair.
And Mizuki, I'm not trying to sound pushy, but I think you should start roleplaying the filly soon.

OOC: I think maybe on this thread. Might as well introduce the character in this thread first...
Umm...as for color...well, Bella's bay, and Lacrymosa's black, right? So maybe one of those colors, XD, I am so creative, right?

OhOhSee;; Okay then. Here I go.
BIC;; Esperenza blinked at her parents, as they continued talking. The filly grinned, and suddenly exclaimed,"Momma! Daddy!" And began to walk torwards Bella, but, she tripped while on the way, and fell in front of her mother. Giggling, she picked herself up. Afterall, it was the foal's first time walking, and everyone had the right to be clumsy their first time! She giggled again and touched her nose to her mother's, before turning to her daddy. Still grinning, she began to walk to him.
OhOhSee;; Bleh! But, I'm braindead right now, and I haven't yet roleplayed a newborn.

"Oh, Lacrymosa. There's nothing wrong with being sensitive and swee- oh my goodness!" Bella exclaimed. The filly was walking! A little awkwardly, but she was walking. "Lacrymosa, look at Esperanza. She's actually walking!" The mare couldn't contain her excitement.
Bella danced on her hooves, smiling greatly. As the filly tripped, Bella laughed a little, knowing it was okay. All foals fell when they first began to walk. And she reached forward, pressing her muzzle against Esperanza's flank as she walked to her father.
"I can't believe it," Bella whispered. She looked over at Lacrymosa, giving him a long, loving look. This was what being a parent meant. Caring for the foal and sharing the best times with it.

Lacrymosa tossed his head excitedly, stamping his forehooves slightly and prancing in place. He was speechless by the joy he felt, watching his filly do something as simple as walking.
"I can tell she'll be very graceful later in life," he joked upon seeing her fall.
He smiled as Esperanza approached Bella, the smile only growing wider as the little filly touched her mother's nose with her own. There was a moment he would always keep with him. His sweet little filly, and his wonderful Lady, together and happy and safe.
He stretched out his muzzle slightly, lowering his head a little as the filly began to walk towards him. A little hesitant, he nuzzled the tiny equine's neck, then grinning up at Bella.
Things simply could not be any better than right now.

"Daddy! Momma!" the fill exclaimed as she walked back to inbetween her mother and father. Of course, she had no clue how much she was exciting her parents. She was just saying Hi.

Bella laughed once more at the foal, smiling gently at her. Her gaze kept going from Lacrymosa to Esperanza. Both were the greatest loves in her life. Esperanza, symbolizing family and gentleness. Lacrymosa, symbolizing passion and love. Both meant different things in her life, but at the moment it all blended together.
Bella moved closer to Lacrymosa and Esperanza, resting her head on her Lord's shoulder. Her gaze locked on her foal. So, so wonderufl.
How could life get better?
It couldn't, not at this moment. Life was at it's best.

OOC: -dies of cuteness- Hehe, it's adorable! -squeals- I love foals...I think that picture is great for Esperanza, though.
BIC: Lacrymosa grinned up at Bella.
"I don't think anyone can deny that she is simply the most beautiful filly in the world. It must come from her mother," he teased, still grinning, his eyes on Esperanza.
He was swishing his tail from side to side, shooing away a large horsefly that continued to land on his hind legs. Finally, he kicked out at it, determined that the moment would be perfect, free from any irritation, however small. The strike was quick, slicing through the air easily, and Lacrymosa was surprised by the tiny 'crunch' that signaled the large fly had been crushed. Well. That fly hadn't moved quickly enough.
He smiled happily at the filly, still stretching his neck down and out towards her. "Hello, little one."
