Ika shrieked her fustration with the brute. "Fine, If you don't want somewhere to stay, you can freeze for all I care." she yelled, seeing as he had kept walking and she had stopped. "Impertnant twirp." she muttered darkly. Neji had managed to put a dent in her pride, which was rather hard to do.

Neji sighed in pity,"You are so childish. You have my pity, indeed you do, but do you deserve it? I would think not." Hinata looked back at Ika. She felt bad for her, since she'd gotten on Neji's bad side. That was never a good thing. "I'll.....ummmm, I-I'll stay," she said quietly, stopping where she was.

Ika took on a regal pose. "I am not childish." she said stubornly. She smiled triumphatly at Neji. "Yes, you can stay in the heard." she said happily.

Hinata smiled, and then met Neji's glare,"B-But, just for o-one night-t." Neji's glare softened, slightly, but none too much. Then, he glared at Ika,"You are what you are, fate cannot be changed. However, it should have made you more mature."

Ika looked down, ashamed. She was immature. Why could she not have been more mature? Why did he have to be right? She looked up and looked him in the eyes. Her father had told her the same thing, only he had told her to grow up so she could one day rule. Unfortunatly, he scared her into submition. "You're right, I may be immature, I may be rude, I may have a home that I don't like, but at least I'm not a wanderer. Maybe you like that, but I think no home would be hell." she said seriously. Being a wanderer scared her. She didn't want to be one, maybe some day she would grow up. Hopefully soon. She wished she was already a mare and grown up so she didn't have to face growing up and she was just grown up already.

Neji kept it to himself, but he almost grinned in success. Fate was something you could not escape from, no matter what. INstead, he just looked at Ika like he was bored. Hinata walked next to Ika,"I-It's okay. N-Neji didn't mean-" "Yes, I did," Neji interupted. "Well, st-still, it's okay. I-I think we're a l-lot alike," Hinata added.

Ika looked at Hinata and pulled herself togeather. "Perhaps we are." she said, sending a death glare at Neji. She didn't like him too much at the moment. She didn't mind them staying but... what about her father? Of coarse it would be fine. "Would you like to head back? Neji, do you go where Hinata goes?" she asked, half hoping he would say yes and the other half hoping he would saw no.

"Well, although I'd rather not, it's my position to protect her, so I suppose I must," Neji answered, completely ignoring Ika's glare.

Ida nodded. "Follow me. When we get to my home, just try to keep away from Lord Rhoundskel as much as possible. I will have to introduce you but.." she trailed of and started back at a trot. "It's not too far." she said.

Hinata nodded, and quietly followed Ika. Neji, on the other hand, scowled and followed the two, muttering things under his breath.
